As in previous years, thousands of young Austrians spent the Pentecost weekend in Lignano Sabbiadoro — marked by heavy alcohol consumption, incidents, and an increased police presence. I documented the events in a current photo series: capturing the behavior of the tourists, the operations of Italian police and emergency services, and the reactions of the local population.
